Here’s what you can expect from the Invisalign process:

1. Initial Consultation—Dr. Mohsinuddin and our team will evaluate your gums, teeth, and jaw and assess the problems you’d like to address to determine whether Invisalign is the best option. If so, we’ll discuss and set smile goals for your treatment.
2. 3D Scanning—Using the latest Invisalign technology, we’ll take a 3D scan of your mouth to create a digital model of your teeth, which we’ll use to customize a treatment plan.
3. Creating Aligners—Using the same model of your teeth, we’ll custom-make a series of aligners just for you and provide full instructions on their care. We can also demonstrate their use to help you get started. You’ll change to a new set of aligners in your series every two weeks to continue the straightening process.
4. Follow-up Visits and Refinements—We’ll schedule follow-up visits every 4-6 weeks to monitor your progress and ensure advancements toward your smile goals. During these visits, we may adjust or refine your treatment to achieve better or quicker results. ‍If you’re due for new aligners, we’ll deliver them to you at this time.
5. Final Assessment/Retainer – Once your treatment is complete, we’ll provide a final assessment to ensure you’ve attained your smile goals and are happy with the results. We’ll also provide you with a free retainer to wear at night to keep your smile in alignment long-term. ‍
